Payment of Fees by Standing Order
Payment of fees by Standing Order, payable in TEN monthly payments commencing on 1st September each year, are accepted on the understanding that should a pupil be withdrawn without a full term’s notice being given (in accordance with the conditions of entry), the full term fees for the term, in lieu of notice, will become payable immediately.
You may be a parent who has chosen this method of payment in previous years or you may wish to begin paying by Standing Order for the coming year. In either case, a new standing order will need to be completed for the 2008/09 academic year. The forms will be sent out in July with the bills for the Autumn Term 2008, and in order to meet the first payment on 1st September the forms will need to be completed and returned to the Bursar as soon as possible. Upon receipt, the completed standing order form will be sent to your Bankers and a photocopy will be sent to you by way of acknowledgement.
Where a pupil is likely to receive Nursery Credits, these will be taken into account when calculating the monthly payments. In the event of a Nursery Credit not being received for any reason, the amount previously credited with become payable.
